Creating a line for guidance based on a saved boundary is a unique solution that allows you to instantly create an AB line and work in auto mode from the first pass, it takes literally a few seconds.

Smoothing (straightening) AB curves - this is also a unique function that you will not find in other systems, it enables effective cultivation in automatic mode according to curved lines. A curved line in navigation systems is a saved path for a manually guided drive. As you know, with manual steering, it is difficult to get a perfectly smooth line, if during such a drive we accidentally move the steering wheel, each navigation system will copy and duplicate this swipe for subsequent trips. The developers of AGOPEN found a solution to this in the form of the AB curve smoothing function. Just a few clicks and we have a line cleared of any "swings" of the tractor driver's hand. This function allows you to precisely dose the degree of straightening the curve, we can see a preview of the effects on the monitor screen (the original i smoothed line) and we can decide how much it should be straightened.

Every system copes with straight lines, but not necessarily with curves, AGOPEN has mastered this art to perfection, curved lines in AGOPEN are so-called adaptive lines, each subsequent one is calculated by advanced algorithms to take into account the changing radius on curves with each subsequent pass as well as OVERLAPPING trailed type machines! AGOPEN can configure the type and dimensions of virtually any combination of machines, and this is then taken into account when guiding to eliminate laps and omnis. It works sensational in practice, I tested it personally on my shapeless fields during the spring sowing of corn.
HEADLAND MANAGEMENT
The system allows you to set a headland line that can be used to automate headland operations.
AGOPEN allows you to drive not only in straight lines or curves, but also AUTOMATICALLY MAKE TURNS as well as RAISING AND LOWERING the machine on the headland. It should be added that it will do it with almost centimeter accuracy! It is enough if in the program we precisely set the time of falling and lifting the machine and the system itself, depending on the speed of travel, will select the moment of lowering / lifting. This is useful, for example, when working with a plow, you can get an ideal equal width of the headland, working with a semi-mounted plow in automatic mode, you can raise / lower separately the support wheel and the lift on the headland line, then we have a shorter headland and we do not jump over the furrows of the "Christmas tree" when it is we will plow.

The possibility of adding a headland is also useful when sowing (especially in the sowing row) - it allows you to start sowing in the middle of the field and finish it by driving around a certain number of times, then there is no effect of a compacted headland and the resulting decrease in yield. With AGOPEN it is very easy because the program has the ability to add a guide line just around the field boundary.
TECHNOLOGICAL WAYS
Let him throw the first stone - he who has never made a mistake when setting up technological paths, even if you have a controller with automatic activation, it is a moment of inattention (the need to lift, avoid obstacles) and you can get lost.
AGOPEN solves this problem, you can design technological paths with a few clicks, then they are always visible on the screen and at any time we know with 100% certainty whether the path should be included or nie! What's more, AGOPEN enables automatic switching on/off paths if only the seeder has an actuator that can be controlled electrically. With AGOPEN, the paths will always be where they should be.
SECTION CONTROL
AGOPEN has perfectly fine-tuned section control. Up to 16 sections can be controlled and will be automatically disengaged at the overlap, at the headland and out of the field. In the app, just set the on/off time of the valves (there is always some delay), and the % of the allowable uncovered area, and AGOPEN takes care of the rest. The system, based on the current speed of each section, I emphasize each section, because if we spray in an arc, the left and right sections will have different speeds, it will calculate the exact moment of closing the opening of the valves so that there is no double-covered or unsprayed area. It doesn't matter if you have a section-control connected or just use a virtual beam, you can rely 100% on AGOPEN.

CONTROL OF SEED DRILLS
New Technology Farm offers adaptation of each precision seeder to automatic disengagement of the sowing sections. We have our own design of disconnecting clutches which we produce on our CNC machines.
CONTROL DOSE PER HA
There is also an application integrated with AGOPEN that allows precise dose control for a sprayer, spreader, spreader or even a seed drill. New Technology Farm offers a complete controller for the sprayer and other machines that is operated using a simple application on a navigation tablet. Work on a variable dosing system based on application maps is also well advanced.
PLANTING TREES AND BUSHES
The brilliant programmers from AGOPEN have also created a special version for planting trees and shrubs. The program enables precise design of plantations, optimization of plant placement, calculation of the number of seedlings needed and precise indication of planting points. It is also possible to make a controller that activates the planter mechanism, lights a lamp as a sign for the employee, etc. Work documentation is created on an ongoing basis, current numerical data is displayed, how much has been planted, how much remains to be planted in a given field, etc.
DEPTH CONTROL OF FIELD ALIGNMENT TOOL
AGOPEN is also the ability to control a surface leveling machine. The RTK technology is not only the exact horizontal position, but also precise information about the altitude above sea level. There is a special OPENGRADE application created thanks to which you can get the perfect level / slope, whether when leveling a field, yard or laying drains, digging drainage ditches.

CONTROL BY HYDRAULIC VALVES
New Technology Farm specializes in the assembly of self-guiding systems with the use of hydraulic valves. There is a solution that requires a bit of work and a lot of knowledge about hydraulics in tractors, but our several years of experience in the assembly of autosteering has allowed us to develop solutions for every type of tractor that can be found in our fields. We have service cars with specialized equipment for power hydraulics, such as hose nippers, measuring tools and complete fittings for each power hydraulics system. We use only the highest quality connectors from Polish producers, only GATES hydraulic hoses with increased flexibility in a double braid, they are UV resistant hoses, they do not warp and do not crack. In addition, all hydraulic hoses are secured with a plastic braid, which excludes the possibility of abrasion.
We have developed our own valve blocks that we produce on our super-precise HAAS 5-axis machining center ... yes, yes, the one from Formula 1
So, whether you have a factory prepared tractor for self-driving or not, it is not a problem for us.
Control with proportional valves is by far the best solution and gives the greatest comfort to the operator. No interference in the cabin, nothing covers the dashboard, we have an original desired steering wheel which stays in place while driving in the automatic machine, you can switch to manual control at any time by simply grabbing the steering wheel and making a minimal movement. The automatic mode is switched on by means of a button placed in a convenient place for the operator.
CONTROL BY ELECTRIC MOTOR
Although we do not recommend this solution, we also offer several solutions to choose from. It can be a steering wheel roller, direct drive using a BLDC motor or our proprietary solution based on a stepper motor and a belt transmission. For such a drive to give good results, there must be no play in the steering column on the joints and orbitrol, which is often a problem in older machines.
CONTROL OF TRACTORS WITH FACTORY PREPARATION
New Technology Farm has mastered CAN control of such tractors. Then AGOPEN works like factory navigation systems. Installation is then simple: Antenna on the roof, monitor in the cabin and 2 cables in the CAN connector!
STEERING ANGLE SENSOR
Although there are already solutions that allow AGOPEN to drive without a steering angle sensor, in our installations we use a steering sensor that allows steering with the highest precision. We know that some companies go for the easy way and limit themselves to attaching the accelerometer to the steering knuckle, but this solution, apart from easier assembly, has many disadvantages and does not match a real mechanical sensor. If the tractor does not have a steering angle sensor, then we have a well-mastered installation of the sensor on the kingpin (as in factory solutions)
WHERE DOES RTK COME FROM AND IS THERE A SUBSCRIPTION???
Rtk is a position correction system using ground base station, which gives the highest positioning accuracy, practically 1cm. We already have many base stations throughout the country that you can use for free, if there is no base station nearby in your area, we will include it in our navigation kit!
To sum up, you do not incur any costs related to the operation of the system, the only cost may be to provide the Internet on the tablet in the tractor, which can be done using the HOT spot of the phone, or buy a sim card, you can also send corrections from the base station using _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_radia, then you don't even need internet access.
